Looking for a winter vacation spot? Beach Acres Resort, one of Vancouver Island’s premier resorts, located on 23 forested acres on sandy Rathtrevor beach, is the perfect place to escape the winter blues!

Our cottages and townhouses have all the comforts of home, plus a few added touches. Enjoy the warmth of your own private cottage right on the beach, in the forest, or a spacious townhouse with a full oceanview. The choice is yours! All rooms are complete with a full kitchen; microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, full size fridge and stove, 2 separate bedrooms, a fireplace (gas or wood) & color cable TV in the living-room.

Beach Acres Resort is perfect for a few days, weeks, or months away from home! Without the added expense of US exchange or extra medical insurance, Beach Acres Resort in Parksville is a favorable alternative for many Canadian “Snow Birds”.

  • Monthly rentals may commence on any day of the month, and will be pro-rated for stays that are slightly more (or less) than 1,2 or 3 months.
  • Utilities (hydro, gas, cable) are included in the monthly rates.
  • All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Ashtrays are provided for your use outside
  • We have a strict NO PET policy.

Although we do guarantee room types, we are unable to guarantee a specific room number. Please let us know at the time of booking if there is a certain room number you would like to request, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
All rooms are equipped with a telephone and voicemail.
Local calls are free for guests reserving for one month or more.


Housekeeping Service

All bed linens, 4 sets of towels, dishcloth and tea towels, etc., are supplied and a 24 hour coin-operated Laundromat is available in the office complex at your convenience. All linen and towels will be exchanged each WEDNESDAY. In addition, you may borrow cleaning supplies at any time from the housekeeping department. Additional cleaning services are available as follows:
Additional Housekeeping Options
A) Weekly Full Service - Towels and room supplies replenished on Mondays & Fridays, and a full service cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, wash floors, change all linen and towels, clean bathroom & replenish room supplies) on Wednesdays is available for an additional $ 200/per month.

B) Towel and Linen Exchange - You may exchange all of your towels and/or linens at any time during your stay at the resort office for an additional $8.25 per exchange. (This would be in addition to your scheduled weekly exchange on Wednesdays)

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit - $400 is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Credit card, cheque, or money order are accepted. If you need to cancel your reservation, we do require at least 30 days notice in order to refund your deposit, less a $25 administration fee. The deposit is non-refundable with less than 14 days notice. Your reservation is a firm commitment and no refund shall be given if you decide to leave a day(s) early. Our cancellation policy still applies and full payment will be required.

Taxes

Rentals for 30 days or longer are tax exempt.
