Booking Guidelines
- All Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to all applicable taxes, and may change without notice.
- Management reserves the right to limit the number of persons occupying a room to six(6), including all children.
- All units are NON-SMOKING. Ash trays are provided for use on the patio. Thank you for your co-operation.
- Housekeeping service - Towel service Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Towel service is also available on Saturdays for the months of September through to June. Additional linens and cleaning supplies are available at the resort office. A full service clean will be scheduled for you if you staying for two weeks or longer. If you are enjoying the winter months with us, additional housekeeping options are available for monthly stays. Please see below for full detail.
- Wood-burning and natural gas fireplaces are available. Please let us know when you make a reservation if you have a preference.
- Deposit Requirements: In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit equivalent to your first night's rental is required, with the exception of packages which require a $250 deposit. Bookings of 7 nights or more require a 2 night deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: June 27th - Aug 31, Holiday Seasons, packages, and weekly stays are 30 days notice less a $25 administration fee. All other reservation are 72 hours, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations less than the above notice are non-refundable.
- CHECK-IN Time 4 pm or later. If you anticipate your arrival after 8 pm, please contact the office in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
- CHECK-OUT Time 11 am
- Office Hours - 8am - 9pm except Christmas Day closure.
- ALTHOUGH WE DO GUARANTEE ROOM TYPES WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE SPECIFIC ROOM NUMBERS.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.
Minimum Lengths of Stay:
- Summer and Peak Summer - (June 27-August 31)
- Beachfront Cottages and Beachlevel Townhouses - 7 nights
- Oceanview Townhouses and Partial Oceanview Townhouses/Cottages - 7 nights with the exception of before July 10 and after August 24 when we can accommodate 3 and 4 night stays.
- Forest Cottages - 7 nights with the exception of before July 19 and after August 24 when we can accommodate 3 and 4 night stays.
- Oceanview Townhouses and Partial Oceanview Townhouses/Cottages - 7 nights with the exception of before July 10 and after August 24 when we can accommodate 3 and 4 night stays.
- Forest Cottages - 7 nights with the exception of before July 19 and after August 24 when we can accommodate 3 and 4 night stays.
- Holiday Seasons - All accommodation styles are available for 3 night minimum rental

September - June Weekends - There is no minimum stay requirement for reservations booked at the regular (rack) rates, however a two night minimum stay requirement does apply in order to be reserved at any of our "Special" rates.
Additional Housekeeping Options (Winter Monthly stays):
We include a full linen exchange each week of your stay. Housekeeping staff will come by your cottage on Wednesdays.
A) Weekly Full Service – for extended stays, full service cleaning is available for an additional $200 a month, and includes:
- towels and room supplies replenished on Mondays & Fridays
- full service cleaning on Wednesdays, including:
- vacuuming,
- dusting,
- wash floors,
- change all linen and towels,
- clean bathroom,
- replenish room supplies.
B) Extra Towel and Linen Exchange - You may exchange all of your towels and/or linens at any time during your stay at the resort office for an additional $8.25 per exchange. This would be in addition to your scheduled weekly exchange on Wednesdays.
