WINTER MONTHLY RENTAL GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION
- Rates are PER MONTH based on two persons sharing. Please ask for rates for additional guests.
- Monthly rentals may commence on any day of the month, and will be pro-rated for stays that are slightly more (or less) than 1,2 or 3 months.
- Utilities (hydro, gas, cable) are included in the monthly rates.
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Ashtrays are provided for your use outside
- We have a strict NO PET policy.
- Deposit - $400 is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Credit card, cheque, or money order are accepted. If you need to cancel your reservation, we do require at least 30 days notice in order to refund your deposit, less a $25 administration fee. The deposit is non-refundable with less than 14 days notice. Your reservation is a firm commitment and no refund shall be given if you decide to leave a day(s) early. Our cancellation policy still applies and full payment will be required.
- Taxes- Rentals for 30 days or longer are tax exempt.
